Is this fair?

Recently, I really unhappy at all! I still remember last WEdnesday our college has an activity name ESZ... Unfortunately I have a PT interview which on the same time with Esz .. Since I cannot split myself into two, I decided to the pt interview and hope that I able to back to join the ESZ... When I finished my interview, I quicky run back to college ,hoping that I still can join the activity.. However all the activities had finished.. I quickly explained to my Jaksa hoping that she will understand! However got a chinese FEMALE JAKSA never listened to my explaination and she just mentioned that FOR THOSE ABSENT CANNOT GET THE SIGNATURE! I DON MEAN THAT I WANT THE SIGNATURE BUT AT LEAST U GIVE THE CHANCE TO APOLOGIZE! What I want to stress is WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF ESZ? SIGNATURE?
OR LEARN ENGLISH? And the things make me feel furious is I only miss one time the meetings with REASONABLE EXCUSE and I HAVE NO CHANCE TO EXPLAIN ?! Is this fair to me? Before the LOrd of Justice give any penalty to the culprit, the culprit still has the chance to explain and defense hiself ! But how about me? Fair? and the college authority like to use spkg to FORCE STUDENT JOIN THE ACTIVITIES! IS THIS A CORRECT WAY? This only make student join the activities because of the spkg but learn nothing!
